BUSINESS HISTORY
Aubrey & Jane are delighted to bring to the market this magnificent example of
a boarding cattery which provides 5 star boarding accommodation and has been
built to meet the Feline Advisory Bureau top class criteria ensuring the
highest degree of comfort, security and hygiene. The business, which was
designed and established by us just over ten months ago, is reluctantly being
brought to the market due to the desire for a needed lifestyle change. The
accommodation is superb and is fully licensed for 60 cats. There are 26 units
in total with 20 able to accommodate 2 cats each and 6 being able to
accommodate up to 4 cats of the same family. All cats are housed in spacious,
individually heated, separate chalets with a window and sleep shelf. Each has
its own adjoining covered exercise area with raised timber seating. The
business enjoys high levels of repeat and regular trade. The business turnover
is expected to be a very respectable £45,000 for our first full year of trading. Coupled with the
comfortable three bedroom main house with gardens and parking, this really is
a superb opportunity for new owners to capitalise on an already brilliantly
run and well established business. We recommend that early viewing is
absolutely essential to fully appreciate this unique lifestyle change and
business opportunity.
